Both cultures have an irrepressible love of freedom and an innate sense of fairness.

Both are stoic and pragmatic.
We could never engage in Union again because Britain is really run for a southern English based elite that extract wealth from the rest of the country and funnel it into London.

They extracted wealth ruthlessly from Ireland. That same British elite built the national catholic seminary in Ireland to train catholic priests to control the masses. The institutional Catholic Church was actually set up in Ireland by the British (this is an odd but true fact)

You would rather lie down and allow millions of foreign parasites walk into your country and take all in front of them while your own people die waiting for medical treatment etc? Then shame on you.

You know the type! Those who scream about who should and who shouldnt be allowed to have an opinion. To deny another the right to freedom of expression makes you a FASCIST. You lefties are much worse than any right wing group. Have a look at yourself, your views and your abuse of others and maybe you just might realise that you are not one of the good guys as you think you are.
Stalin, the monster responsible for millions of deaths was a left winger. I suppose you think he was a good guy too.

can we have a referendum in great britain-england scotland wales,to see if we wish northern ireland to remain in the union?
